Ingredients
1. Cooked and smashed Foxtail – 1 cup
2. Cooked and smashed Potatoes – 2
3. Carrot – 1
4. Beans – 1
5. Green Peas – half cup
6. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
7. Bread crumbs
8. Garam Masala – 1 tablespoon
9. Green Chillies – 2 numbers
10. Coriander leaves
11. Salt
12. Bun – 3 nos
13. Spinach
14. Cheese
15. Butter
16. Letslive Coconut Oil
Preparation
1. Take a bowl and add the following ingredients
(Cooked and smashed Foxtail, Cooked and smashed Potatoes, Carrots – finely chopped, Beans – Chopped, Green Peas, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala, Green Chillies – Chopped, Coriander Leaves – Chopped, Salt)
2. Mix them all eventually
3. Then make small balls and flatten them to cutlets
4. Dip the flattened cutlets in the breadcrumbs
5. Now take a pan and add letslive Coconut oil
6. Once the oil is heat, shallow fry the flatten cutlet
7. Fry till it becomes brown and crispy
8. Once it is done, take a bun and cut it half
9. Spread butter to it
10. Add spinach leaves, the fried cutlet one after the other
11. Then place cheese layer and close it with the other part of the bun
12. Healthy and tasty Foxtail Burger is ready to eat
