We are constantly working to improve our processes of packaging and shipping at Let’sLive. In-spite of all our care and precautions, there could be instances where our products arrive damaged or an incorrect product was shipped. In only these 2 cases we will accept returns. We DO NOT take returns of products shipped for any other reason. Also, To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a video/photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. We will send a replacement product the next business day and should reach you within the next 5 to 8 business days. If a refund is required it will be processed as detailed in the Refund Policy.
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a video / picture of the package to us on Whatsapp or Email within 24 hours of the package being received and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 5 to 8 working days. If a refund is required it will be processed as detailed in the Refund Policy.
In case the package is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return package will be sent within next business day. This new package should reach you within 5 to 8 working days. If a refund is required it will be processed as detailed in the Refund Policy.
