The wild raw honey is collected from the Western Ghats - Nilgiris Biosphere region of India. This product has not undergone any processing except for basic filtration. The honey is harvested and squeezed directly into the bottles along with the pollen and shipped to our customers.
On testing, every 10gm of wild raw honey contains around 4 Lakhs pollen count. This honey is highly potent and can be consumed directly.

Mountain to Table Honey
This naturally harvested wild raw honey is procured directly from the tribes of Tamil Nadu. These honeycombs, which are nested deep into the forests are specially earmarked for harvest for Let’sLive. We have taken adequate care to make sure the honey is delivered to you as harvested. The honey is very high in pollen count which can be seen as a white substance at the top of the honey bottle. The honey is raw, unpasteurized and naturally organic. Every bottle contains a farmer's thumb impression which signifies the authenticity of the product. The bees in the mountains collect the pollen from multitude of flowers which are supposed to be in thousands of varieties. So the honey is soaked with all these highly potent pollen which are naturally medicinal.
For thousands of years honey has been used as an important ingredient in many indigenous medicines all over the world. Due to its antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties it can be used to heal wounds. It also acts as a throat soothening syrup and is known to heal coughs and clear lungs

Raw Honey : 200 gms
Ginger : 3 big pieces
Direction :
First wash and peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Steam the ginger for 15 mins in a steamer. Once dry put them into the bottle and pour honey over it until all the ginger pieces gets fully immersed. Keep it closed for 10 days. Ginger chocolate is ready to eat.
